Mission Innovation

Back-to-back with the TCCS-10 conference, NCCS hosts a Mission Innovation Workshop on Innovation Challenge CCUS (June 19-20). The workshop has a working session (with dinner) on June 19, and continues with a full-day working session on June 20.

Mission Innovation (MI) is a global initiative of 23 countries and the European Union, announced on November 30, 2015, as world leaders came together in Paris to undertake ambitious efforts to combat climate change. The goal of MI is to dramatically accelerate global clean energy innovation.

The purpose of the Trondheim workshop is to bring forward the work and initiate concrete activities under the CCUS Challenge. The workshop is open also for individuals from countries not being a member of the Mission Innovation Challenge CCUS. More information about the workshop and registration can be found here.
